A: In most cases the solution to this complaint is to hit the “Previous” button in the Tom Snyder Server installer and return to the Get Serial Number screen.  On the Get Serial Number screen, click the “Tom Snyder Server Registration” link.  There will be a brief form to fill out, and then once you click “Submit Registration”, your registration number should appear on the next screen.  (You will also receive a copy of your registration number by email.)
