Q: What's the current version of Fizz & Martina? Could an upgrade help me?
A: The current stand-alone and network versions of Fizz & Martina is version 1.1 . Compare this to the version number printed on the silkscreen of your Fizz and Martina CD to see if you could use an upgrade. The previous versions of the stand-alone Fizz & Martina CDs relied on a legacy version of QuickTime, which could cause problems on Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
If you have a license for an earlier version of the Fizz & Martina, you can take advantage of our free version upgrade policy . Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-342-0236, and we will be happy send you an updated Fizz & Martina CD.
If you can locate any of the following items prior to calling this should speed up the process of getting you your free updated CD:
- The License Agreement form that shipped with your product.
- The Order Number from the top of the packaging slip that shipped with your product.
- The Purchase Order or Credit Card Number that was used in the purchase (if purchased directly from Tom Snyder Productions)

- Close the Monitors control panel.
On a Mac OS 10 system, running the program in Classic Mode, set your screen resolution in the OS X environment, prior to launching the application, and it should carry through into Classic.
- From the Apple Menu , click System Preferences .

- To the left, in the Resolutions field, make a note of your current setting and select 640X480 . Your screen should automatically resize at this point.
- Close System Preferences and launch your classic application.
On a PC running Windows 95, 98 or 2000 , you can set your screen resolution through your Display control panel.
- Right-click on the desktop and choose ‘ properties' to open the Display Control Panel.
- Click the Settings tab. Your resolution setting will be displayed to the left. Make a note of it for future reference.
- Use the slider bar to select a screen resolution of 640X480 and click OK .
- Agree to accept the changes in the verification prompt that follows.
On a Windows XP computer, you cannot set your global resolution to 640x480 . To view the program in this resolution you will need to adjust the application's properties by following the steps listed below. Note: These instructions are only valid for the stand-alone product, and will not work for network-based installations of Fizz & Martina .
- In the folder window for the Fizz & Martina CD, right-click on the Fizz & Martina application file.
- Choose ‘ properties ' from the menu that appears.
- Click the ‘ Compatibility ' tab.
