Lifetime Warranty
If a disk or CD-ROM is defective, we’ll quickly replace it free of charge. Please call us at 1-800-342-0236 if you need to replace a defective product. (This warranty does not apply to any Scholastic Math Intervention programs.)

Return Policy
We have a 90-day return policy. Please follow these simple instructions:
- Return product within 90 days.
- If possible, please repack item(s) in the original packing material.
- Please check off the reason for return on the back of the packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip or invoice, please provide the name of the person who placed the order, the school name and address, and the school PO number, if possible.
- Return via USPS, UPS, or RPS and save the receipt for your records.
- Please return your items to:

1-Computer License: You may install the program on one computer.
5-Computer License*: You may install the program on five computers within the same building.
10-Computer License*: You may install the program on ten computers within the same building.
30-Computer License*: You may install the program on thirty computers within the same building.
Thirty teachers can take the program home and install it on their personal computers.
50-Computer License*: You may install the program on fifty computers
within the same building. Fifty teachers can take the program home and install it on their personal computers.
Unlimited Site License: You may install the program on as many computers
within one building as you would like. Any teacher working in that building
can also install the program on their personal computer.
Scholastic Keys Licensing: You may install the program on as many computers as you have licenses.
Licenses are sold individually, so the program does not have to be installed within one building
(i.e. if you purchase 34 licenses you may install the program on 34 computers in any combination of schools within the district). Each license permits one teacher to install it on their personal
computer, so if a district has 34 licenses, 34 teachers can install Scholastic Keys at home.
*If you are buying for more than one school you can't buy a 5-computer license and split it up between schools. You would have to buy 5 single computer licenses. This rule also applies to 10, 30, 50, and USL licenses.

License Upgrade Policy
We offer 100% credit toward the purchase of a new license within a year of purchase date.
After one year, we’ll apply 50% of original purchase price to the cost of the new license.
For example, if your school has a 5-Computer License of a program and would like to upgrade to an Unlimited Site
License, you will receive a full credit for your original purchase if you upgrade within one year.
After one year, we will gladly apply 50% of your original purchase to the upgrade cost.
